You may use this website to find out about our books and services, to contact us and, if you are one of our authors, to use the author portal. Please do not misuse it: for example, by trying to get into areas you are not allowed to, interfering with how it works, or sending spam through its forms. We may suspend access to anyone who does.
The information on this website, including book details and prices, may change. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it always is.
Sending us an enquiry does not commit you or us to anything. If you decide to go ahead, the service, the price and what is included are confirmed in writing, on your invoice or in your publishing agreement.
Our prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The amount you pay, including any VAT, is confirmed on your invoice. Card payments on our website are processed securely by Stripe.
When we publish a book for an author, our publishing agreement with that author sets out the rights, royalty rates and other terms for that book. If anything in these terms differs from that agreement, the agreement applies. We pay royalties to our authors quarterly, by bank transfer. Royalty statements are available in the author portal.
Please keep your sign-in details private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You must have the right to share any file you send us through the portal.
The content of this website, including its text, design and logos, belongs to us or to our authors and suppliers. Book covers and descriptions are shown with the permission of their rights holders. You may view and share our pages for personal use, but please do not copy substantial parts of the website for commercial use without our permission.
Buy links and other links take you to websites we do not control, such as online bookshops. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for events outside our reasonable control. If you use our website for business purposes, we are not liable for any loss of profit, sales, business or revenue.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
