Covert Ops

One forgotten weapon. One ruthless enemy. One mission that could decide who controls the balance of power.
Steve Barker and his covert-ops team think they know danger. Then Guardian Security Solutions offers them a high-risk mission: infiltrate a fortified compound in former East Germany, extract military historian Dr Ivan Petrov, and recover a secret World War II weapon before it reaches the wrong hands. Petrov is the only man who knows where the relic lies, and the enemy holding him is armed, organised and waiting. Book 6 - Shadows of Retribution
Behind the operation stands Viktor Readle, former KGB operative and head of a ruthless Russian criminal organisation. For Viktor, the weapon offers something greater than money—power. But his war with Steve is also personal. Years of bloodshed have left unfinished business, and this time Viktor wants retribution.
The extraction is only the beginning.
The trail leads Steve, Lucy, Simon, George and Derek from Europe to the unforgiving Australian Outback, where the lost military relic may have remained hidden for generations. Somewhere near the remote Kimberley region, abandoned bunkers, secret military installations and hostile forces conceal a weapon capable of catastrophic destruction. Book 6 - Shadows of Retribution…
With Viktor closing in, Sergei Ivanov bringing overwhelming firepower and cyber-warfare specialist Natasha Belova attacking from the digital shadows, the team faces ambushes, sniper engagements, covert infiltration, electronic warfare and close-quarters combat. Worse, intelligence suggests their enemy may have eyes inside the organisation supporting them.
Every route could be compromised. Every transmission could expose them. Every tactical decision carries a body count.
Packed with British military thriller action, special forces tactics, covert operations, espionage, cyber warfare, veteran camaraderie and tactical realism, Covert Ops: Shadows of Retribution throws Steve and his team into their most dangerous battle yet.
Because if Viktor reaches the weapon first, this won’t remain a covert operation.
It could become a global catastrophe.
