Covert Ops

Two hostages are trapped in the hands of a ruthless drug cartel. The ransom clock is running. And the men guarding them have no intention of letting anyone walk out alive.
Covert Ops: The Extraction — Book 4 throws Steve Barker and his battle-hardened team into a high-stakes military action thriller spanning the Caribbean rainforest and the Australian Outback.
The mission begins in Puerto Rico, where a mysterious contact named Bear delivers the brief. American James Rapson and Peruvian Ana Martinez have fallen into the hands of a violent cartel after a corrupt customs official hands them over. Their captors are holding them for ransom inside a fortified rainforest camp controlled by the brutal Aron. Steve's orders are simple: find them, extract them and eliminate anyone who stands in the way. Book 4 - The Extraction ebook
Steve, Lucy, Simon, George and Derek prepare for a covert hostage rescue operation built around reconnaissance, sniper overwatch, tactical communications, jungle survival and carefully planned extraction routes. But before the team can reach its objective, armed attacks, hostile locals and cartel patrols reveal an uncomfortable truth—someone already knows they are coming.
Then Steve discovers a connection to the criminal network first encountered on St Halb. What looked like an isolated rescue mission is becoming part of something much bigger. Book 4 - The Extraction ebook
When Ana and James are moved before the team can complete the extraction, the hunt explodes beyond the Caribbean. The trail leads thousands of miles to Darwin and a remote roadhouse in the Australian Outback, where the cartel gives the families seven days to pay before the executions begin.
